Only 1 available This vase is water resistant. The ribbon has been decoupaged. It can get wet, but if you leave it soaking in water for several hours the embellishments will come off. I soaked the jar in water for 30 minutes and the embellishments didn’t budge.The flowers will already be “arranged” and bound together with floral tape.
