This is a Licca-chan Chin-shite Kitchen (likely a play on words, referring to a microwave oven). It's an older item, and the colors on the box, such as the white table, have yellowed. I'm not sure if that was the original color. Most of the parts are present, but only one of the two pairs of chopsticks is included.
