This is a European vintage heart press ring. The silver ring has a gold-filled coating (K18) on part of the heart's surface, and the form is a solid, three-dimensional heart, making it a lovely ring. The silver stamp has disappeared due to frequent polishing and care, but the ring is in good condition for a vintage piece, with a clean surface. It's a fantastic press ring.
