This is a pretty unsigned vintage pair of screw-back earrings. They feature small faux pearls on the outer edge. The center looks prefer filigree with a faux pearl in the center and has 4 clear rhinestones around the center faux pearl. They are what I call petite earrings. They are approximately 3/4 inch in diameter. Because of their age, the back has loss of gold tone and some loss of nacre. Although they are not pristine, they are incredibly pretty and will complement any outfit.
