Includes ALL parts and manual that came with unit. Also includes extra heavy mineral pads I bought separate for $12 (about 10 remain). Signs of use present like staining on some parts just from normal use. Also, some splitting into tank plastic at edges but does not affect function.Connects to WiFi and there is an app to select settings.
